Refund Policy (Brainrecoding Edutech Pvt. Ltd.)

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Brain Recoding’s website and/or official sales channels.

1) 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the original purchase date (“Refund Window”).
Requests received after the Refund Window will not be eligible, except where required by applicable law.

2) How to Request a Refund (Official Channel)

To request a refund, email us within 7 days at:
support@brainrecoding.com

Please include:

• Full name

• Registered email / mobile number

• Order ID / Invoice number

• Purchase date

• Product/course name

• Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

Our team will review and verify the request (including access logs, session usage, and shipping status where applicable). Once verified, we will initiate the refund.

3) Refund Processing Timeline

After verification, the refund is initiated within 7 working days.
(“Working days” typically means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.)

Actual credit time depends on your bank/payment provider/BNPL partner.

4) Refund Amount & Deductions

Refunds are calculated based on what has already been delivered/used:

A) Digital Courses / Online Access

If you have accessed the course content, your refund may be partial based on the extent of access/usage (as determined during verification). In certain cases where a substantial portion has been consumed, the request may be ineligible.

B) Training / Live Sessions (If Delivered Within 7 Days)

If any live/online/offline sessions have already been conducted within the Refund Window, we will deduct the value of the sessions delivered on a pro-rata basis (i.e., proportional to sessions consumed).

C) Physical Materials (Books/Kits) If Shipped

If physical materials have been dispatched/shipped, refund will be processed after deducting:

• Courier/shipping charges

• Material/printing/packaging costs
  If return is required, we will share the return instructions/address over email. Materials must generally be returned in unused condition (unless damaged/defective on arrival).

5) Payments via EMI / Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) / Third-Party Financing

(Examples: Pay Later, EMI partners, card EMIs, or any third-party credit provider)

If you purchased using an EMI/BNPL/financing option:

1. Refund Destination:
   Refunds are processed to the original payment source. In many BNPL/EMI cases, this means the refund may be sent to the financing partner/payment gateway, not directly to your bank account.

2. Your Loan/EMI Responsibility:
   You remain responsible for any loan/EMI obligations, interest, late fees, or processing charges imposed by the financing partner until they confirm closure/adjustment of your loan account (as per their terms).

3. Third-Party Fees (Non-Refundable by Us):
   Any fees charged by the lender/BNPL provider/bank/payment gateway (such as processing fees, convenience fees, interest, penalties) are governed by their policy and may not be refundable by Brain Recoding, unless required by applicable law.

4. Loan Cancellation/Closure:
   Approval of a refund by Brain Recoding does not automatically cancel your financing arrangement. The financing partner’s process and timelines will apply.

6) Non-Refundable / Not Eligible Scenarios

A refund may be declined in situations such as:

• Request submitted after 7 days

• Proven misuse, policy violations, fraudulent activity, or chargeback abuse

• Certificate issued, or services substantially delivered (as verified)

• Physical materials returned used/damaged (where return is required), except manufacturing defects/damage-in-transit validated with evidence

7) Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback/dispute is raised with your bank/payment provider while a refund request is under review, we may pause the refund process until the dispute is resolved.

8) Special Clause - Certified AI Trainer Course (Fee Structure & Refund Conditions)

For the Certified AI Trainer Course, the total program fee includes two clearly identifiable components:

• ₹35,400 towards Training / Instructional Services (live sessions, digital access, mentorship, academic support, etc.)

• ₹25,000 towards Books, Printed Materials, Kits, and Physical Learning Resources

Refund Applicability for Certified AI Trainer Course

In the event of a valid refund request submitted within the 7-Day Refund Window:

1. Training Component (₹35,400):
   This portion may be considered for refund (fully or partially), subject to:

   • Extent of access/usage of digital content

   • Sessions delivered

   • Attendance records

   • Pro-rata deductions, if applicable

2. Books & Physical Materials Component (₹25,000):
   The amount allocated toward books, printed materials, kits, and physical learning resources is non-refundable, once:

   • Materials have been dispatched/shipped, OR

   • Materials have been delivered, OR

   • Printing/production has been initiated specifically for the participant

This is due to the nature of customized printing, logistics costs, and material production expenses.

Even in cases where a refund of the training portion is approved, the ₹25,000 allocated toward books and physical materials will not be refunded.

This clause applies irrespective of the payment mode, including EMI, BNPL, or third-party financing arrangements.
