This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Brain Recoding’s website and/or official sales channels.
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the original purchase date (“Refund Window”).
Requests received after the Refund Window will not be eligible, except where required by applicable law.

Please include:
Full name
Registered email / mobile number
Order ID / Invoice number
Purchase date
Product/course name
Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
Our team will review and verify the request (including access logs, session usage, and shipping status where applicable). Once verified, we will initiate the refund.
After verification, the refund is initiated within 7 working days.
(“Working days” typically means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.)
Actual credit time depends on your bank/payment provider/BNPL partner.
Refunds are calculated based on what has already been delivered/used:
If you have accessed the course content, your refund may be partial based on the extent of access/usage (as determined during verification). In certain cases where a substantial portion has been consumed, the request may be ineligible.
If any live/online/offline sessions have already been conducted within the Refund Window, we will deduct the value of the sessions delivered on a pro-rata basis (i.e., proportional to sessions consumed).
If physical materials have been dispatched/shipped, refund will be processed after deducting:
Courier/shipping charges
Material/printing/packaging costs
If return is required, we will share the return instructions/address over email. Materials must generally be returned in unused condition (unless damaged/defective on arrival).
(Examples: Pay Later, EMI partners, card EMIs, or any third-party credit provider)
If you purchased using an EMI/BNPL/financing option:
Refund Destination:
Refunds are processed to the original payment source. In many BNPL/EMI cases, this means the refund may be sent to the financing partner/payment gateway, not directly to your bank account.
Your Loan/EMI Responsibility:
You remain responsible for any loan/EMI obligations, interest, late fees, or processing charges imposed by the financing partner until they confirm closure/adjustment of your loan account (as per their terms).
Third-Party Fees (Non-Refundable by Us):
Any fees charged by the lender/BNPL provider/bank/payment gateway (such as processing fees, convenience fees, interest, penalties) are governed by their policy and may not be refundable by Brain Recoding, unless required by applicable law.
Loan Cancellation/Closure:
Approval of a refund by Brain Recoding does not automatically cancel your financing arrangement. The financing partner’s process and timelines will apply.
A refund may be declined in situations such as:
Request submitted after 7 days
Proven misuse, policy violations, fraudulent activity, or chargeback abuse
Certificate issued, or services substantially delivered (as verified)
Physical materials returned used/damaged (where return is required), except manufacturing defects/damage-in-transit validated with evidence
If a chargeback/dispute is raised with your bank/payment provider while a refund request is under review, we may pause the refund process until the dispute is resolved.
